Vintage Linen Bird Pillow, Cardinal, Bluebird, Upcycled Materials

I made this little pillow using a vintage linen tea towel that had seen better days. I love the way it came out! The combo is bold and cheery giving a punch of color to your décor for the spring season. The Cardinal and Bluebird take center stage and will make you smile every time you look at them.
- The fronts are made out of an old linen tea towel. Colors include: red, blue, pink, green, yellow, light brown and bits of black. I have lined the fronts with cotton.
- The backings are made using a oatmeal linen with a heavy texture.
- I have three of these in stock. Please make your selection against the quantity available at checkout.
- This pillow is a petite 12" size and will fit on a standard 12" insert.
- You have the option to purchase the pillow cover only or to purchase the cover and insert as a complete pillow. I have used feather down pillow inserts for the photographs. If you choose to purchase the pillow cover with insert, that is what you will receive.
- These can be hand washed but should be ironed while still damp.
- All of the pillow covers for sale here at Smokin’ Tweed are made using a serger machine and reinforcement stitches are added inside the back flaps for extra durability. All pillow covers are approximately 1 inch smaller than the size stated so that when the pillow forms are inserted, the covers fit snugly and don’t sag.
