A zip-up, plaid wool vest for your winter or even early Spring wardrobe. How pretty would this be for Easter? This was once a blazer and now has been altered into a vest/waistcoat.

Wear this to dress up or down, it doesn't matter. It's one of a kind, altered by me, into a timeless piece that's a little bit more versatile than the blazer jacket it once was.

- Vintage by Jones New York. Probably from the 1990's.
- 100% Shetland wool in a vibrant plaid.
- The colors of the plaid pattern include cobalt blue, chartreuse, green and brown.
- Features pockets at the hip areas and a pretty rounded collar.
- Zip-up closure at front.
- Sleeves have been removed and I have hand sewed a simple navy linen bias tape inside of the armholes to create this vest.
- Fully lined in blue acetate.
- This vest will come to you dry cleaned and ready to wear.
- This is a one of a kind piece!
- This vest is designed to fit closely to the body.
- There is a small hole in the front of the vest which I've pointed out in one of my photos. Unfortunately with vintage wool, small holes are a commonplace. Us vintage lovers come to accept and work around and ignore them. This hole is hardly noticeable, and I can guarantee nobody will see it unless you point it out.
-The label states size 10. Since we all know that vintage garments were sized differently, I suggest you check measurements before considering.

Measurements while buttoned up:
Chest (armpit to armpit across bust): 20” or 40" around.
Length (from neck to bottom at the back of the vest): 23.5”
Waist: 18.5” or 37" around.
