A classic style vest in a sage green Harris Tweed. How pretty would this be for your early Spring wardrobe? This was once a blazer and now has been altered into a vest/waistcoat.

Wear this to dress up or down, it doesn't matter. It's one of a kind, altered by me, into a timeless piece that's a little bit more versatile than the blazer jacket it once was.

- Vintage by Brown's of Bermuda. Probably from the 1970's.
- This is a genuine Harris Tweed, 100% Scottish grown wool. The fabric looks sage green from a distance but up close you can see it is a mottled combination of green and tan. It's a beautiful wool!
- Features pockets at the hip areas that flap over and button down. One the left is a double pocket feature but the top is just a flap with no actual pocket.
- Sleeves have been removed and I have hand sewed a simple navy blue bias tape inside of the armholes to create this vest.
- Fully lined in sage green nylon.
- This vest will come to you dry cleaned and ready to wear.
- This vest is designed to fit closely to the body.
- There is a 7.5" vent at the back. Check measurements below and keep in mind that if your hips are larger than the measurements, this vent will not stay closed while wearing the vest buttoned up.
- Excellent very good vintage condition however, we all know that vintage garments are susceptible to flaws especially if they are wool. There are a few small holes here and there but they are very difficult to notice.
-The label states size 12. Since we all know that vintage garments were sized differently, I suggest you check measurements before considering.

Measurements while buttoned up and laying flat:
Chest (armpit to armpit across bust): 18.5” or 37" around.
Length (from neck to bottom at the back of the vest): 26”
Waist: 17” or 34" around.
