Wool Tweed Fitted VEST, Waistcoat, Guillet, Sz SMALL Recycled, Sustainable Fashion, English Made

This was once a blazer that has been altered into a vest/waistcoat. The style is fitted, feminine and timeless!

Wear this to dress up or down, it doesn't matter. This piece is one of a kind, altered by me, into a piece that's a little bit more versatile than the blazer jacket it once was.

- By Caldene; probably early 1980's - it could even be from the '70's. Made in England.
- Beautifully fitted jacket that compliments the figure.
- The fabric is wool. The pattern is a check. Colors are gray background with blue, greenish brown and a teeny bit of red.
- Features slanted pockets on both hips.
- Above the hip pockets I added grey tab details and topped them off with 1920’s carved mother of pearl buttons.
- Grey button closure at front.
- Small breast pocket in which I’ve stuffed an old piece of lace (which is removable).
- Sleeves have been removed and I hand sewed the lining and jacket together to create this vest.
- Deep vent at the back.
- Fully lined in gray polyester.
- Dry clean only.
- This is a one of a kind piece!
- There is no size label but it is quite tiny and I suggest you check measurements before considering.

Chest (armpit to armpit across bust): 17.5"
Length (from neck to bottom at the back of the vest): 26”
Waist: 16”
