Herringbone Wool Tweed VEST, Waistcoat, Guillet, Sz SMALL Recycled, Sustainable Fashion

This was once a wool herringbone blazer that has been altered into a vest/waistcoat. The style is classic and flawless.

Wear this to dress up or down, it doesn't matter. This piece is one of a kind, altered by me, into a timeless piece that's a little bit more versatile than the blazer jacket it once was.

- By JG Hook, probably early 1980's - it could even be from the '70's.
- Features double pockets on the left side.
- A gorgeous tab just off the right of the lapel adds incredible detail.
- Leather buttons which has been re-enforced so they don't fall off.
- Sleeves have been removed and I hand sewed the lining and jacket together to create this vest.
- Deep vent at the back.
- Fully lined in shiny brown acetate.
- 100% wool.
- Dry clean only.
- I added a small lace square from the 1950's just coming out of the breast pocket.
- This is a one of a kind piece!
- Label states that this is a size 7/8 but it is quite tiny and I suggest you check measurements before considering.

Chest (armpit to armpit across bust): 17.5"
Length (from neck to bottom at the back of the vest): 28"
Waist: 15"
